What is the booking and payment process?
To book our catering services, simply contact us with your event details. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit via bank transfer to secure your booking, and final payment arrangements must be made by 14 days prior to the event. Our team will guide you through the process for a seamless experience.
How far in advance should I book your catering services?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons. However, we understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
Do you provide staff for events, such as servers and bartenders?
Yes, our catering services include professionally trained staff, including chefs, servers and bartenders, to ensure your event is seamlessly executed. We will work with you to explain the appropriate number of staff needed as we are dedicated to providing top-notch service, allowing you to relax and enjoy the celebration.

How do you handle leftover food?
We are committed to minimizing food waste. Depending on your preference, we can package leftovers for you or, when possible, arrange for donations to local charities.

Your safety is our priority. We adhere to strict COVID-19 safety protocols, including enhanced sanitation measures, staff training, and compliance with health guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable event.
Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?

Can we taste-test items in the menu before paying the deposit?

Do you remove rubbish such as food scraps from the event venue?
Yes absolutely! If you have a designated bin on-site we will use that facility and if not, we will remove all rubbish and ensure that the site is left as tidy as we found it.
